Inizio Engage is assembling a dynamic team of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to promote services for our esteemed client, Pfizer. This is an outstanding entry-level opportunity within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. The primary goal of this role is to enhance awareness of high-risk patient populations related to COVID-19. As part of a Contracted Field Team, your responsibilities will involve engaging with healthcare professionals (HCPs), urgent care centers, and retail pharmacies to drive awareness among high-risk patients. You will report to the Area Business Manager. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing essential support to physicians regarding COVID-19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment options.
Educating targeted HCPs and ensuring preparedness for patient identification related to COVID-19.
Building strong relationships with customers through regular contact and calls, as outlined in the Field Pharmaceutical Sales Contracted Team Statement of Work (SOW).
Collaborating closely with customer-facing colleagues to ensure aligned goals and coordinated efforts.
Understanding the customer and market dynamics in your assigned regions to develop actionable plans that maximize local sales impact.
Fostering a culture of collaboration within the team, encouraging the sharing of ideas.
Key activities include: Engaging HCPs through probing conversations, addressing questions about drug interactions, supply sources, and identifying eligible high-risk patients.
Maintaining an expert-level understanding of the product, patient and consumer education, and relevant market factors. Utilize only approved promotional materials to convey marketing messages.
Keeping up-to-date with disease state knowledge and market trends to engage in valuable discussions with customers.
Implementing strategic call plans to exceed set goals for your territory.
Applying territory analysis to tailor a unique sales approach for each targeted office based on prior interactions and available data.
Guiding retail pharmacy engagement at the local level to drive sales efforts.
Employing effective interaction techniques, including pre-call planning and summarizing conversations.
Customizing sales messages to align with specific customer needs.
Sharing information about approved support resources available to patients and healthcare providers.
Completing all reporting and inventory tasks per established procedures.
Balancing study and certification time for medical, product, and policy information outside of regular territory hours to prepare for success.
Participating in mandatory sales conferences and training sessions, whether local or remote.
Completing all compliance training within set timelines.
What you need: A Bachelor’s Degree.
A minimum of two years of relevant experience, including:
Pharmaceutical Sales Experience.
Medical or Medical Device Sales Experience.
Experience in Professional Sales or Promotional Activities.
Entrepreneurial experience, such as owning a small business, or roles in Marketing, Customer Service, or Account Management.
Clinical roles in Healthcare or Science (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT).
Experience as an Educator (e.g., Teacher or Principal).
Full-Time Military experience.
Urgent Care setting experience is a plus.
A willingness to travel and a valid US driver's license with a compliant driving record.
