We’re a family-owned, fast-growing company, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to grow with us. Position Overview We are seeking a driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is success-driven and self-motivated. You’ll be the face of Family Tree Roofing, providing solutions, education, and peace of mind. Responsibilities: • Generate leads through door-to-door sales and neighborhood outreach. • Perform roof inspections, document findings, and educate homeowners. • Meet with insurance adjusters to advocate for homeowners. • Prepare estimates and present solutions tailored to each customer’s needs. • Manage projects from contract signing through build completion and payment collection. • Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads consistently. • Represent Family Tree Roofing professionally in the community. Qualifications: • Previous sales experience preferred (construction/roofing a plus), but not required. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Comfortable with door-knocking, cold calling, and fieldwork. • Ability to climb roofs and perform physical inspections. • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Compensation: $85,000 - $250,000

Compensation: $85,000-$250,000 per year
