Job Description:

You're responsible for driving community growth, increasing revenues, and fostering strong connections with our patients, members, and teammates. Your role will involve active engagement within our community. You'll interact with members and patients at our front desk, oversee outreach campaigns, help plan and participate in our community events, and analyze call metrics to ensure optimal performance.

As the first point of contact for our new clients, you will be tasked with managing our sales funnels from start to finish. You'll go out and find important partnerships, run and coordinate workshops, and build and strengthen our lead generation through community partners.

In addition to growing our community, you will also be instrumental in retaining our valued staff and community members.You'll promote our culture and core values weekly. You'll drive initiatives such as delivering Random Acts of Kindness (RAKs), organizing in-service events, recognizing staff achievements with awards, and facilitating team outings.

Your responsibilities:

  • Master call performance
  • Grow our community and patient visits
  • Seek reviews and referrals
  • Create content for our social feeds
  • Reactivate past patients and clients
  • Process billing & claims
  • Proactively manage employee schedules
  • Ensure smooth clinic operations

Preferred qualifications but NOT required:

  • JaneApp EMR software experience.
  • Prior work in retail or service; e.g Earls, Zara, Cactus Club, The Bay, Aldo, etc
  • Inbound or outbound phone experience
  • Prior work in a healthcare setting e.g. medical office
  • MOA Diploma
  • Familiarity with physiotherapy, massage, chiro, acupuncture
  • Familiarity with Blue cross, Medavie, Telus Portal, Provider connect, ICBC
  • Proficient in use of computers and other office equipment
  • Learning new software and data entry
  • Knowledge of general office procedures

Working Conditions:

Physical Demands;
Intermittent physical activity including walking, standing, sitting, lifting and supporting clients. Manual dexterity required to use desktop computers and peripherals.

Mental Focus;
 May deal with individuals who can, from time to time, be demanding and challenging. Must be able to remain patient and calm, and may have to engage in conflict resolution.

Environmental Conditions;
The noise level can be loud at times while our fitness classes are running.
