Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sales Estimator to join our team. Based in our office, you will play a key role in evaluating project costs and providing accurate estimates that support our company's mission of safety and innovation.
Responsibilities

• Analyze project specifications and drawings to develop precise cost estimates.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure accurate pricing.
• Do Inside Sales
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
• Monitor project costs and update estimates as needed throughout the bidding process.
• Maintain comprehensive records of estimates, contracts, and project documentation.
• Support the sales team in developing strategic pricing approaches.
• Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and industry regulations.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in construction estimating or sales estimation within the manufacturing or construction sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms.
• Excellent understanding of construction processes and site experience is preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex data and prepare accurate cost assessments.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and clients.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
