We are looking for a :

Production planner


Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales opportunities and participate in the development of the production plan;
  • Maintain and adjust the production plan based on sales forecasts, factory capacity, and raw material lead times;
  • Determine manufacturing priorities and determine work order requirements;
  • Ensure that the necessary materials are available for production (Clear to build);
  • Communicate daily with other departments and management to report delays and schedule adjustments;
  • Provide accurate commitment dates to internal requesters;
  • Maintain and optimize planning parameters in the ERP system;
  • Be able to develop planning tools.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with various stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in integrated ERP and Excel systems (advanced);
  • Ability to work rigorously while maintaining a flexible and proactive approach;
  • Leadership and strong priority management skills;
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written;
  • Experience in a high-tech or telecommunications company (an asset).
  • College diploma (DEC) or a bachelor's degree in operations management (an asset).
