Chef de Partie

The Courtney Room is seeking to expand our kitchen team with two new hires in the position of Chef de Partie.

Full time availability. Evening and weekend Shifts.

Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years experience with station management and full hot line cooking in a fine dining environment. We are willing to train the right candidate.

• Compensation - From $22 hourly to start with upward potential for both promotion, higher compensation and bonuses based on successful ongoing employment.
• Retention and performance bonuses, as well as upward growth potential for this role can be discussed at interview.
• Extended Medical and dental benefits available for employees working more than 24 hours per week.
• Advancement potential available in all kitchen positions.

Please note: We are currently seeking individuals who can begin work in Victoria, BC in the very near future, and who currently already have the legal ability to work in Canada.
