Distribution Center Supervisor

Our client, a local manufacturer and distributor of steel components, is seeking a Distribution Centre Supervisor to lead their afternoon shift, operating on a 4 X 10 hour schedule. This high-volume Warehouse and Distribution Centre serves as a centralized hub for receiving, staging, and shipping finished steel components to customers across Canada and the United States. With a large number of SKUs and fast-paced inbound and outbound activity, this role is essential to maintaining smooth and efficient operations.

The Distribution Centre Supervisor will play a key role in supporting the company's rapid growth by managing inventory control systems, refining warehouse procedures, and ensuring the team operates effectively under increasing demand. The position requires strong leadership skills to motivate, train, and support employees while maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity.

Our ideal candidate will bring proven warehouse and distribution leadership experience, particularly within a busy, growth-oriented environment. Prior experience working with ERP systems and Customs documentation and procedures is required.
