RECREATION CENTRE SUPERVISOR –YEAR-ROUND, FULL-TIME

Location: Sunchaser Vacation Villas – Fairmont Hot Springs, BC

Housing: FREE staff accommodations for 1 year

Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 2:30 pm–11:00 pm (stat holidays included)

Are you a natural leader who thrives in a hands-on environment? Do you enjoy being part of a team that creates memorable guest experiences? Sunchaser Vacation Villas is looking for a dedicated Recreation Centre Supervisor to oversee our bustling Recreation Centre — the heart of our resort

Our Recreation Centre features an indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, gym, games room, kids' play area, and more. As Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping our facilities running smoothly, safe, and welcoming for guests year-round.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support a team of 8 Recreation Centre staff.

• Ensure the Recreation Centre is clean, safe, and inviting (pool, gym, laundry, games room, and more).

• Oversee pool operations — water testing, maintenance, and safety.

• Jump in and help with daily tasks — from guest check-ins to laundry supervision.

• Handle after-hours guest needs and support other resort departments.

• Schedule, train, coach, and motivate your team.

• Ensure all health, safety, and resort protocols are followed.

What We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory experience (must-have).

• WHMIS Certification (required).

• Pool Operator Level 1 & 2 (an asset — we'll help you get certified if needed).
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

• Hands-on, guest-service driven attitude — this isn't just an office job

Compensation: Starting at $23/hour.
