Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex enterprise system and data services initiatives. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with system implementations, particularly in data services, reporting, or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) environments. You will manage cross-functional teams and vendors, ensuring excellence from project initiation through closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead all phases of system implementation projects (planning, design, execution) using standard methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and coordinating internal teams and external vendors.
• Risk & Scope Control: Define project scope and deliverables. Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues with mitigation plans.
• Delivery Excellence: Maintain detailed plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-level IT implementation projects.
• Proven experience managing projects involving data warehousing, BI/reporting platforms, or ECM systems.
• Expertise in PM tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Agile (CSM, PMI-ACP), or equivalent certification.
• Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., Finance, Healthcare).
• Familiarity with cloud-based enterprise solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong technical aptitude for translating complex concepts.
