Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-standard software. The Site Supervisor will coordinate between project teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and specifications
  • Manage on-site safety programs and enforce OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment
  • Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and facilitate smooth workflow
  • Oversee budgeting activities related to labor, materials, and equipment usage
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other tools for planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Prepare progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for on-site issues related to design or material discrepancies

Qualifications

  • Proven supervising experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of construction management principles
  • Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and familiarity with schematics and blueprints reading
  • Knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, and quality control processes
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Relevant certifications or training in construction safety (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.56-$38.17 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
