Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a motivated, stable, and high-performing environment.

Quantitative modeling and forecasting of global financial, mobility, and industrial market developments with Excel and Python-based models.

Identify strategic topics and drive content and product development initiatives.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, leveraging their insights.

Execute cross-company projects successfully, ensuring proactive and tailored communication flows within and across departments.

Provide technical guidance in data operations and AI projects, ensuring best practices, efficient architecture, and scalable solutions.

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

At least 3-5 years of digital product ownership experience, with a strong affinity for working at the intersection of product and technology. First leadership experience is a plus.

Experience with market modeling principles and advanced comprehension of research methods.

Familiar with basic macroeconomic indicators, such as GDP, inflation, and exchange rates with good general knowledge about economic interrelationships of countries.

Development of largely automated data analyses (forecasts, optimization algorithms, and other analysis methods) to support business decisions using data visualization, statistics, and machine learning.

Python proficiency, including the ability to develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and experience in database management and optimization.

Identification, conceptualization, implementation, and evaluation of AI solutions for intelligent business processes.
