We are the Financial Planning Team within the Financial Analytics Department. As a young and international team, we support the company's core controlling function by developing technical solutions and backend tools. In our daily work, we collaborate closely with global stakeholders and combine business understanding with strong technical capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with the controlling department to understand data requirements and deliver backend solutions that support planning and reporting processes
- Develop, monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines leveraging Databricks to ensure reliable and timely data delivery
- Write and optimize Python scripts for data transformation, automation, and integration tasks
- Design and execute SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis
- Document technical solutions, workflows, and data flows for knowledge sharing and maintainability
- Assist in the design and implementation of data models and dashboards that support planning and forecasting processes
- Support automation and scripting tasks using VBA where applicable
- Support data validation and quality assurance
- You are currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Informatics or a related field
- You are passionate about backend development and building efficient, scalable systems
- You have basic knowledge of data engineering concepts, such as ETL, data warehousing, and pipeline orchestration
- You have first experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, Spark, R or VBA
- Familiarity with Databricks and/or AWS cloud services is a plus
- You work in a structured, analytical, and reliable way
- You work independently and enjoy solving complex technical challenges
- You are a strong team player and comfortable communicating in English
