Responsibilities
• Develop new commercial HVAC service accounts through targeted outreach and networking
• Present preventive maintenance agreements and service solutions to decision-makers
• Conduct facility assessments and prepare detailed proposals for service contracts
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and forecasting in CRM systems
• Coordinate with service operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
• Negotiate contracts and pricing that balance profitability with competitive positioning
• Attend industry events and maintain relationships with key accounts
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
Must-Haves
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in HVAC, mechanical, or building services
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and service offerings
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
Nice-to-Haves
• EPA certification or technical HVAC background
• Existing relationships with facility managers or property management companies
• Experience with service contract management and recurring revenue models
