Socialē Ristorante is looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and driven chef to join our team as Head Chef. Sociale offers an opportunity to run one of Penticton's best restaurants right on Lake Okanagan, mere steps from the beach. Cafe by day, wine and cocktail bar in the evenings, the restaurant serves high-end Italian cuisine, with a Canadian/west-coast twist.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Knowledge of Italian regional cuisine
• Tenacity and integrity
• Previous experience managing a busy kitchen, including:
• Scheduling
• Food costing
• Menu design
• Rostering staff

Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated leadership qualities. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
