The Opportunity
SunMETA Group is currently seeking to fill the permanent role of Website & Digital Experience Manager to join our marketing team in Calgary, Alberta.
You will manage the ongoing operations, effectiveness and performance of our college and corporate websites. This includes overseeing new website builds, improving existing sites, supporting lead generation and online course purchases, and ensuring accurate data flows into our CRM. This role requires a business-first approach focused on measurable performance, conversion, and enrollment impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate new website projects, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Oversee UX, navigation, content structure, and site performance across all three properties.
- Provide clear direction, set priorities, and guide the day-to-day responsibilities of the developer and generalist.
- Track and report on key digital metrics using GA4 and related platforms.
- Recommend and implement a roadmap of improvements that optimize lead generation, user flow, and conversion outcomes.
- Manage and improve the online purchase mechanism for continuing education courses, ensuring proper CRM integration.
- Work closely with other marketing teams to execute business priorities.
- Ensure consistency, mobile responsiveness, and CMS governance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Post-secondary education in Web Development, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience managing websites or digital platforms.
- Proven ability to lead website projects (launches, redesigns, major upgrades).
- Strong understanding of UX, analytics, GA4, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with CRM integrations or e-commerce workflows.
- Comfortable guiding a small technical team and providing expert recommendations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a performance-driven mindset.
