Job Overview
We are looking for a full time cook and general labourer/live in preferably

Responsibilities

• food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
• Support kitchen staff with food handling, cooking, and plating tasks
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure food safety standards are met
• Help with serving customers in a timely and courteous manner
• Follow all food safety guidelines and proper sanitation procedures
• Support inventory management by organizing supplies and ingredients
• Assist with general labor tasks around the kitchen or food service area as needed

Skills

• Experience in food service or restaurant environments is a must
• Knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices
• Ability to assist with meal preparation and cooking processes
• Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Kitchen experience including basic food prep techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills related to the food industry
