Position: ETL Data Engineer

Locations: Charlotte, NC

Position Type: W2 contract

Duration: 12+ Months

Hybrid: 3 Days onsite and 2 days remote

The ideal candidate will have: ETL, Data Engineering, Hadoop, Ecosystem, Hive and Spark

Job Description:

• 5+ years of experience working with Hadoop and its ecosystem
• Proficiency in Hadoop and SQL
• Develop, support Enterprise Credit Risk ETL platform
• Familiarity with big data frameworks like Apache Spark and Kafka
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of data security practices in Hadoop environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks, lead the team through the delivery, and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision.
