*Summary*
We are seeking a Senior Nursery Manager to join our team at Peekaboo . In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring high standards of care and education for children. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a positive environment that promotes growth and development.
*Responsibilities*
* Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver exceptional childcare services.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
* Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the needs of children.
* Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community.
* Monitor children's progress and provide support to staff in their development.
* Manage budgets, resources, and staffing effectively to ensure operational efficiency.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in childcare management or early childhood education.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* A deep understanding of early childhood development principles.
