What you will do
Proven track record of sales success in a complex software or technology environment (preferably SaaS)
Ability to communicate and convey the value proposition of a complex software platform via phone and online demos as well as in-person meetings
Experience utilizing an enterprise level CRM (preferably ) to monitor and manage daily weekly and monthly sales activities of the team
Success in a past leadership role required to include ongoing development of individual team members through training mentoring and overall performance management
Creative thinker with an eye toward keeping a large team of sales representatives motivated and passionate about their work
Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully
Range of 2.5M to 3.5M Yearly Quota
What we are looking for
Education
Preferred: College Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience may substitute
Experience
Required: 5 years sales management experience; 5 years overall sales experience
Preferred: Knowledge of travel and expense management industry highly preferred
