Warehouse Supervisor

At JBS Equipment, we design and manufacture industry-leading agricultural equipment used around the world. Based in Mission, BC, we're a growing company with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and operational efficiency.

We're currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to help coordinate and carry out daily warehouse operations. This is a frontline role, ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience who enjoys leading by example on the floor.

The ideal candidate will have solid warehouse experience who has led small teams and is looking to develop their leadership and operational skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Please note that this is not a management position—it's a working leadership role that participates directly in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and documentation.
• Work alongside a small warehouse team, providing direction and support to ensure daily tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Train and mentor team members on warehouse processes and best practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with production to ensure materials are available to meet build schedules.
• Assist with organizing the warehouse layout for better material flow and space use.
• Monitor inventory levels and help investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure accuracy in shipping/receiving paperwork and inventory tracking.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse or similar setting is required
• Manufacturing or industrial experience is an asset but not required.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory software.
• Forklift experience is required (ticket is an asset—we can help with certification if needed).
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a reliable, team-focused and let's get it done attitude.

Working Conditions:

• This is a physical role—lifting, bending, and standing are part of the day-to-day.
• Work takes place both indoors and outdoors.
• Ability to safely lift and move heavier materials as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
