Marketing Assistant (m/f/d) Band & Orchestral Instruments
We're delighted to be able to offer the opportunity to join our European Band & Orchestral Instruments team. In this role you'll be providing essential support to the team and working across our exciting portfolio of wind, strings, orchestral percussion, and drum products. Upon joining the team you'll use your qualification across a wide range of tasks including both creative and administrative tasks. Requiring proficiency in design software such as Photoshop and InDesign you'll be involved in the creation of web banners, adverts, and other visual marketing materials as well as coordinating our invoice processing and managing relationships with external partners.
- Support in designing marketing assets (e. g. web banners, brochures, event materials) using Adobe Photoshop/InDesign
- Support in marketing copy for newsletters, press releases, and online use
- Coordinate influencer/product review collaborations and maintain media contacts
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and visual content
- Handle administrative tasks incl. invoice processing, POS
- Organize external vendor communication for print and promo materials
- Maintain marketing databases, internal documentation, and asset libraries
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or comparable field
- Organized, collaborative, and proactive operation mode with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and across departments in a Pan-European setup
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and common design tools
- Relevant experience in admin support, invoicing, and vendor coordination preferred
- Communication skills in English, additional European languages are an advantage
- Ability to play a wind, strings, or percussion instrument is desirable
