Senior Expert Controlling Engineering (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Der Stelleninhaber Expert Controlling Engineering betreut die Business Unit Engineering und eine Programm Unit innerhalb der BU mit Projekten
• Selbständiges Controlling (Reporting, Planung, Forecast, Jahresabschluss)
• Selbständiges Controlling für Projekte, Kostenstellen und Gemeinkosten
• Betriebswirtschaftliche Betreuung und Beratung der ergebnisverantwortlichen Business Unit-Leitung, z.B. bzgl. Ergebnissteuerung, effiziente Leistungserbringung, Auslastungsplanung
• Mitarbeit bei Sonderaufgaben und in Arbeitsgruppen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise Schwerpunkt Controlling
• Mehrjährig e Berufserfahrung im Controlling
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office (z.B. MS Powerpoint und MS Excel)
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP
• Ausgeprägtes analytisch-konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
• Sehr gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse der Kostenstellen- und Ergebnisrechnung
• Verständnis komplexer, übergreifender Zusammenhänge
• Ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
• Fähigkeit zum Erfassen und Darstellen von Prozessen und Optimierungspotentialen
• Sehr gute Fähigkeit zur Analyse von Abweichungen und Ergreifen geeigneter Maßnahmen
• Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Beratungsfähigkeit
• Hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Teamfähigkeit
