Finlay Jude Associates are working with a leading manufacturer in the Construction products and Passive Fire protection industry. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead and develop the UK and Ireland sales function for a business renowned for its innovation, product quality, and compliance expertise. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving commercial growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and building long-term partnerships across the construction value chain. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in expanding the company’s presence in the Passive Fire Protection, Fa e7ade, Insulation, and Dry lining sectors, ensuring products are specified and adopted within key building projects nationwide.
