Overview WE’RE HIRING : EXECUTIVE SALES CONSULTANTS – TRADE PRICES DIRECT
Location: UK (remote + office support)
Sector: Residential Windows & Doors
Uncapped OTE
Trade Prices Direct is expanding. We need driven people who can pick up the phone, spark real conversations, and uncover what homeowners truly need when upgrading their windows and doors.
This isn’t a scripted call-centre role. It’s a consultative sales position where curiosity and persistence win.
What we’re looking for
Tenacity – you’re not afraid to dial, follow up, and ask the next question.
Strong conversational skills – you can quickly build rapport and identify a client’s needs, wants, and desires.
Process-driven mindset – you’re thorough, organised, and don’t let details slip.
Product confidence – you’ll learn the differences between profiles, locking systems, U-values, and installation standards so you can guide clients properly.
Diligence – strong customer relation management skills, ensuring customer queries are responded to in a timely fashion.
The role involves
Speaking with inbound enquiries and warm leads
Understanding the client’s project and offering the right solutions
Requesting measurements, and design details
Sending quotes and following a structured follow-up process
Working closely with our surveyors, installers, and management team
Delivering a professional, confident experience that makes clients feel safe choosing us
Requirements Essential
Proven ability to make outbound calls confidently and consistently
Strong communication skills : able to build rapport quickly and ask intelligent questions
A consultative mindset – comfortable uncovering needs, wants, concerns, and decision drivers
High persistence and follow-up discipline; you don’t let warm opportunities go cold
Strong organisational habits and ability to manage a pipeline through a CRM
Willingness to learn the technical differences between profiles, glazing options, locking systems, and installation standards
Ability to work self-directed, hit activity targets, and maintain momentum throughout the day
Professional, clear, and reliable behaviour with clients
Competence in email, WhatsApp, and basic digital tools
Desirable
Understanding of NEPQ-style or consultative sales techniques
Experience working on a self-employed or commission-based model
Experience handling objections, slowing conversations down, and helping clients reach the right decisions for their needs
