Job Description We’re recruiting for a Sales Support Consultant to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary and hybrid working, with a basic salary of £27,500-£30,000 dependant on experience.

Join our friendly and collaborative team as a Sales Support Consultant and play a key part in supporting the growth and retention of our Group Protection business. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop new skills in a dynamic environment while working with a wide range of stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
Providing sales-focused, professional and accurate support to help deliver distribution targets
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in intermediary firms
Discussing, negotiating and analysing intermediary requirements to ensure the best outcomes
Recording and managing activity in Salesforce CRM to identify opportunities
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends and developments
Preparing materials for and attending roadshows to promote understanding of our products
Taking ownership of your personal development and learning
Ensuring compliance with all legislative, regulatory and company standards
Qualifications Who we’re looking for:
Experience in an office-based customer service, administration or support role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence in phone-based support
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities
Proactive approach and ability to use initiative
Competence in Microsoft Office tools including Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel
Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships internally and externally
Willingness to work towards CII GR1 qualification within 18 months
