Are you an experienced finance professional ready to lead and drive financial excellence? We are seeking a Financial Supervisor to oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance, and partner with senior management to shape key business decisions. Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily department tasks, coaching, motivating, and training the team to ensure high performance.
• Manage monthly closing and reporting (IFRS and local GAAP - HGB), and analyze financial reports against budget, forecast, and prior year data.
• Prepare and monitor the budget for the next financial year and current forecasts.
• Control project performance, challenge margin deviations, and manage cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory financial statements and tax returns.
• Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and external financial stakeholders.
• Monitor expenditures for compliance with accounting procedures and review project costs.
• Reconcile accounts, adjust journal entries, and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Provide technical support to staff and drive improvements in processes.
• Contribute to operational and financial projects that impact FlexLink.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (major in Accounting/Finance). Master's degree in Business Administration (Finance/Accounting/Controlling) is a plus.
• Certifications: CPA (Bilanzbuchhalter, ACCA, CFA, CIMA, CIA) preferred.
• Experience: 7+ years in financial roles, with team-lead experience, ideally in Big 4 or international organizations. Expertise in IFRS and HGB reporting.
• Languages: Excellent English (written and spoken) and proficient German (written and spoken).
• Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience with SAP FI, CO, MM, BW; Group Reporting systems.
• Key Traits: Strong international business mindset, self-driven, pragmatic. Excellent leadership, team-building, and influencing skills. Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proactive, flexible, and positive attitude.
