*About the Role*
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and delivery-focused Product Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone in the early to mid-stages of their product career who thrives on driving projects forward, coordinating across teams, and ensuring successful and timely delivery of product initiatives.
You will act as the key link between customers, internal stakeholders, and our development teams—ensuring that product changes, improvements and new propositions are clearly defined, well-executed, and commercially sound. You will become the product expert for our existing portfolio, supporting the communication of our product value across online, voice, and email channels.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys structured delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and shaping products that genuinely make a difference to customers.

* Coordinate stakeholders, ensuring all teams understand their responsibilities and deadlines.
*Product Management & Continuous Improvement *

* Drive incremental improvements across the existing product portfolio in collaboration with development, design, and marketing teams.
* Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, acceptance criteria, and user stories for the development team.
* Support the Senior Propositions Manager on NPD, owning specific initiatives and setting the product vision within larger workstreams.
* Participate in user acceptance testing, ensuring product changes meet quality standards.
*Product Communication & Governance *
* Own and coordinate the Literature Review process for existing products, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all customer communication channels.
* Champion product clarity across the organisation, ensuring our messaging accurately reflects proposition value and regulatory requirements.
* Act as the product expert at trade marketing events (approx. 3–4 per year), supporting the Trade & Partnerships Manager on stand.
*Analytics & Reporting *
* Produce monthly dashboards and KPI reports, analysing product performance and communicating key insights to senior leadership.
*Required Skills & Experience *
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in product management, project management, business analysis or a related delivery-focused role.
* Demonstrated ability to own and deliver cross-functional projects on time, identifying and escalating risks proactively.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting data and turning insights into action.
* Comfortable using digital tools such as Jira, dashboards, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint.
