  • Planning of details of events and room reservation for up to 250 people, including consultations and detail arrangements, as well as up- and cross-selling.
  • Creation and maintenance of customer relations, as well as supporting customers on site.
  • Carrying out site inspections.
  • Administrative assistance of the Event Sales and Event Planning Team in the planning of events of up to 1500 people.
  • Handover of events to the operational departments.
  • Creation of deposit invoices, control of final invoices, and completion of general correspondence.
  • Use of the various hotel systems, including Envision, Opera and Reserve.

Please note that fluent German and English skills are needed for this role. Any other language is a plus. We look forward to receiving your application!
