*Summary*
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Wellesley Hills, MA. In this vital role, you will contribute to our mission by delivering high-quality physiotherapy services that promote recovery and improve patient outcomes.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
* Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments and modalities.
* Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and home exercises.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems.
* Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
*Qualifications*
* Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
* Current MA licensure as a Physical Therapist.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
* Experience in acute care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus (specifically PCC).
