Our Graduate Design & Technical Pathway is the perfect place for aspiring Technical Managers, Architectural Technicians & Engineers or anyone with a natural interest in architecture, engineering or design. This pathway will expose you to key areas of the business and develop you into a strong all‑rounder within the Technical field.
Based in our Warrington office from September 2026, the 18‑month programme will have you rotating through:
Technical
Development
Commercial
Construction
Regional Finance
Technical
During your final rotation transition talks will be held, with the opportunity to join the technical team upon completion.

Requirements
Relevant degree at 2:2 or above
Valid driver's licence (some travel required)
Passionate, talented and committed with potential for development
Willingness to undertake further study, qualifications and accreditations if desired
Responsibilities
Follow the pathway, completing all rotations and meeting targets set by each supervisory rotation.
Take all learning opportunities presented and seek ways to develop and challenge yourself.
Integrate into each team, supporting them to achieve their goals and building long‑lasting relationships.
Absorb knowledge and advice from teams, asking questions and probing to deepen understanding.
Contribute to continuous development within Vistry by engaging in key business initiatives, projects and launches, offering ideas where opportunities arise.
Act as an active member of the Vistry Graduate community, supporting peers, taking part in quarterly graduate meetings, masterclasses and professional development.
Advocate for careers in construction, representing Vistry Future Talent at events, fairs and other engagement opportunities.
Act as a buddy to new graduates, ensuring they are supported throughout their learning journey.
Engage with leaders and support system, regularly meeting to discuss progress and identify areas for development.
