to lead its SEO function, own client delivery, and shape the future of its AI-powered search offering. What you'll do: Lead and develop a small SEO team Drive strategy, roadmaps, QBRs & performance Partner with tech leads on migrations & major SEO projects Build and scale the agency's AI Search proposition (AIO, GEO, AI-assisted workflows) Improve delivery processes using AI + manage internal systems Support onboarding, retention & new-business opportunities Report directly to the MD What you bring: Senior-level agency SEO experience Strong people leadership Deep technical + strategic SEO expertise Interest in AI search and emerging workflows Confident communicator & strong project manager Perks: 25 days holiday + birthday off, loyalty days, hybrid working, socials, pension & profit share.
