*What You’ll Do*
* Provide exceptional, client-centered care through individualized evaluation and treatment using evidence-based practices
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and adjust care plans that promote independence, function, and quality of life
* Educate and support clients, families, and staff on therapeutic strategies, adaptive equipment, and safety in daily living activities
* Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including evaluations, treatment notes, progress summaries, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards
* Conduct home and community mobility assessments and recommend adaptations or interventions to maximize client safety and participation
* Participate actively in care conferences and team meetings, while contributing professional insights and recommendations, and maintaining open communication with internal and external team members
* Maintain professional standards by adhering to HIPAA, licensing, and organizational policies while engaging in ongoing professional development
*What You Bring*
Required:
* Master’s Degree from an accredited program
* Professional licensure by the State of Michigan
* Skills for strong written and verbal communication, problem solving and critical thinking
* CPR and First Aid Certification (available on site)
* Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
* Experience in Neurorehab, Behavioral Health, or similar healthcare setting
* Experience with TBI
* Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technology
* Prior experience with electronic medical record systems
