Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide personalized, high-quality care by designing tailored treatment plans to help patients recover, meet their goals, and ultimately improve their quality of life.
Key Tasks:
* Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify therapy needs.
* Treatment Planning: Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals.
* Patient Education: Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercises.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
* Documentation (Prompt EMR and AI scribing): Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with clinic, state and federal policies.
Required:
* Current Oregon Physical Therapy License in good standing (required).
* Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.
* Passion for patient care and eagerness for continuous professional development.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
