Polly is a strategic and creative brand consultancy based in Paris, working globally to empower hospitality brands to define their unique vision, value proposition, and creative expression.
Internship Offer:
- A full-time internship position in Paris, with opportunities for international travel and experiences. The internship will be hybrid, with in-office meetings 2 to 3 times a week.
- An immersive role in managing various projects for key accounts, which includes:
- Brand Strategy and Activation Projects: Learn and assist in brand positioning and architecture, development of creative concepts, and holistic activation plans, as well as trends and insights reporting, and market research.
- Brand Identity Projects: Support in naming, designing brand codes, and collaterals in collaboration with our creative team.
- Workshop Facilitation: Participate in workshops with our hotel partners globally to explore new hotel concepts with designers, storytelling with marketing teams, and guest experiences with operational teams.
- The opportunity to be part of an entrepreneurial journey in a rapidly growing consultancy, working with internationally renowned clients, primarily in the luxury hospitality sector—with over 80% of our projects commissioned abroad, including North America, the Middle East, and Asia.
What We Are Looking For:
- A current student with a background in marketing, strategy, communication, or luxury hospitality management.
- An excellent command of both English and French, with strong writing skills. Additional languages are a plus.
- A desire to learn about client account management, including project coordination, managing deadlines, and client relations.
- Flexibility and a curious mind: enthusiasm for understanding diverse cultures and a readiness to adapt to various cultural contexts and audiences.
- Creativity and a passion for luxury: an interest in researching inspirations and the ability to contribute to strong creative concepts.
- Bonus: a budding interest in copywriting.
