Starting date: December 01, 2024You may apply in English or German. As a Business Analyst for our Crew Management System, you will be part of an agile squad that responsible for all digital products support crew planning processes for SWISS. Organizationally, you will report into the Head of Digital Products Airline Operations in the IT division. Gather and document business requirements related to crew scheduling, rostering, and compliance management Analyse current Crew Management system functionalities, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Develop process flows, business cases and detailed requirements documentation Assist in testing new features, system enhancements ensuring solutions align with business goals Collaborate with stakeholders from crew planning, operations, and IT to drive seamless integration and system optimization Lead workshops, meetings and reviews with cross functional teams to validate solutions and ensure successful implementation Attractive company pension scheme, Subsidized parking or public transport, 13th monthly salary, Company health management, Flight benefits, Crew credit cards, Employee and networking events, Flexible workhours and part-time working models, Diversity programmes, Paid maternity and paternity leave
