We’re looking for a passionate pediatric physical therapist to provide one-on-one care for children in their own homes across the Phoenix Metro area OR in our new clinic in Scottsdale, AZ (85258).

Enjoy the independence of mobile work (in your requested zip codes) or a clinic position.
You can have a small (to large) caseload that allows for meaningful connections, hour long sessions and the support of a collaborative, growing team.
Evals scheduled for you! Outcome measures and toys (or a stipend for toys) provided!
NO DDD or unpaid progress reports; PAID late cancels!
\*Note: you can live anywhere in the valley, not just the zip code listed above, for mobile or clinic services.

*Schedule: *
Flexible daytime/afternoon + optional weekends (higher pay rates). Fridays or after school hours preferred.
Looking for 5 weekly treatment hours minimum; potential to grow caseload to >10 quickly depending on willingness to travel to various zip codes.

*Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement pediatric physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
* Work directly with pediatric patients and caregivers to achieve maximum physical recovery, 60 minute sessions
* Evaluate progress and adjust care plans
* Document in SimplePractice EMR
* Organize and maintain patient schedules while arriving to appointments in a timely manner
* Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
*Qualifications:*
* PT license (AZ)
* CPR certification
* 1 year experience in pediatric physical therapy
* Strong communication + organization skills
* Ability to handle physical workload
* Ability to build rapport with patients
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70.00 - $180.00 per hour
