Chief Operations Officer (Basé à Paris)

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our client’s growing company in The Netherlands. This is a pivotal role for someone with a strong background in operational leadership, particularly in scaling up operational divisions and driving companies through critical growth phases. This Chief Operations Officer position will require someone to be on site a minimum of 3 days a week. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the operational aspects of the business, ensuring efficient, agile processes that support company growth. Oversee and optimise the daily operations, ensuring productivity and performance targets are met. Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies with overall business goals. Build and develop teams, focusing on people-centred leadership that fosters a positive and collaborative working environment. Implement operational improvements and develop scalable systems to support long-term growth. Key Requirements: Proven experience in scaling operations and driving company growth, ideally in a fast-paced, agile business environment. Background in a technical field such as electronics, semiconductor engineering, or related industries. Strong leadership skills with a people-oriented approach, capable of inspiring teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
