We have grown stronger through more than 40 financial crises by rethinking the world around us to provide a fresh investment perspective for our clients.Within the IT Operations unit of Technologies & Operations department, the Core Banking Application Support team provides expertise on all core banking applications to operational and financial units of the Bank Lombard Odier as well as its partners.YOUR ROLEProvide functional expertise, analysis and day-today support for accounting, financial and regulatory reporting applications.Identify, resolve, and Troubleshoot users queries and monitor rejected transactions.Actively contribute to ticket resolution and follow up with development and production teams.Train internal and partners users on new accounting schemes and features of finance applicationsContribute to quality controls during application releases.YOUR PROFILEUniversity degree in finance, business, or information technologyExperience in Support functions or as Business Analyst, Auditor in the banking/financial sector is mandatory.Good MS Office skills (specifically Excel) and good general IT landscape knowledgeKnowledge of SAP BI & R3 will be an advantage.Sound communication skills – verbal and written.Rigorous, able to work under pressure.Proactive and independent in carrying out assigned tasks, problem-solving mindset.Team spiritFluent in English and FrenchResidence in Switzerland or willing to relocate.Our Maison’s DNA is defined by five core values.
