We have grown stronger through more than 40 financial crises by rethinking the world around us to provide a fresh investment perspective for our clients.Reporting directly to the head of Technology & Operations (T&O), the Strategy & Transformation Office plays a key role in defining and executing the strategic agenda for the unit. As a Strategy Analyst, you will support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, contribute to organizational design efforts, and assist in cost management to drive the organization’s success.YOUR MISSIONAssist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the T&O organization.Support the creation and maintenance of multi-year transformation roadmaps in collaboration with department heads.Contribute to organizational design projects, including analyzing and recommending improvements to structure and processes.Help manage cost-related aspects of strategic projects, ensuring effective use of resources and alignment with budgetary constraints.Evaluate emerging trends and technologies to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic goals.Promote and facilitate the adoption of new methods and practices within the T&O teams.Assist in challenging and refining existing processes and ways of working to drive continuous improvement.Contribute to the development of reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.YOUR PROFILEBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent academic/work experience.1-3 years of experience in consulting, financial services, or a related field; experience in wealth management is a plus.Exposure to organizational design, cost management, or strategic planning is advantageous.Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly.Proficiency in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel, with experience in creating reports and presentations.Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).Located in Switzerland or willing to relocate.WHAT WE OFFERA dynamic work environment that fosters self-starting and entrepreneurial thinking.A collaborative culture with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.Employee investment account with preferential conditions.A wide range of cultural and sporting activities.Flexible working hours.Our Maison’s DNA is defined by five core values.
