The Impact You’ll Make As an Enterprise Sales Executive focussing on new business, you'll work directly with finance leaders to: Build trust-based relationships through a consultative, customer-first approach Understand complex financial challenges and translate them into tailored solution strategies and close new business opportunities Lead compelling presentations that connect our solutions to measurable business outcomes Collaborate with our marketing, business development, and pre-sales teams to create winning proposals Help organisations protect their financial integrity and optimize their financial operations Contribute to our continuous innovation by bringing customer insights back to our product teams What Success Looks Like You'll consistently meet or exceed revenue targets Your customers will become advocates and references for FISCAL You'll contribute to our collaborative sales culture by sharing best practices You'll grow professionally through our comprehensive training and advancement opportunities What You'll Bring Proven success (quota achievement) in B2B solution selling with a consultative, customer-first approach Gravitas and experience in building relationships with senior finance leaders Strong business acumen and commercial skills Excellent communication skills – you're as good at listening as you are at presenting Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger Why Join FISCAL?
