This position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Life and Annuity insurance agent to focus on sales and client service within a supportive carrier agency environment. The agency seeks agents with a track record of success, with a minimum of $75,000 in annual Life premium/production to be considered. Extra levels of commission for MDRT level.

Annuity commissions are paid as 1099 earnings.
• High earning potential: The position boasts a commission payout structure of up to 140% on first-year commissions, with expectations of achieving Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) level production for the highest payouts. Example, if you produce 100k in first year Life insurance premium, you will earn up to 140k in W-2 compensation.

• Access to diverse product offerings: Agents will have access to a top-rated carrier with a broad range of life products (from $1,000 to $100 million in term and permanent options), aggressive underwriting, and the ability to leverage a national broker for products outside the primary carrier's offerings.
• Hybrid work model: After an initial 12 weeks in the office, the role transitions to a hybrid model with 1-2 days in the office or as needed, providing flexibility.
• Employer-supported taxes: The agency contributes half of the agent's FICA taxes, further enhancing the overall compensation package.
