Location:
Los Angeles or New York (Hybrid – 2 days in office per week)

Compensation:
$150,000+ (DOE) (Full-Time, Exempt)

Senior Creative Leadership

We're seeking a visionary and culturally attuned Creative Director to lead bold, forward-thinking ideas across our clients, like household name brands, CPG, and Fortune 500 clients. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of culture, creativity, and emerging technology—and is energized by the potential of AI and innovation in storytelling.

As a senior creative leader, you'll mentor multidisciplinary teams, guide high-impact campaigns, and collaborate closely with strategy, production, and client leadership to shape work that's culturally informed and future-facing.
Multicultural
marketing experience—particularly with Asian American audiences—is highly valued in helping shape inclusive and resonant creative work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative development from concept to execution,
    leveraging AI tools and technolog
    y to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Craft and communicate compelling creative strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Drive the use of emerging tools (including generative AI) to enhance ideation, storytelling, and personalization.
  • Maintain the highest standard of creative output—ensuring originality, quality, and impact across all deliverables.
  • Present ideas and campaigns with strategic clarity and inspiring storytelling.
  • Stay current on cultural, design, and technology trends to keep ideas fresh and relevant.
  • Support the growth and development of creative talent across copy, design, and strategy disciplines.
  • Partner with internal teams to manage timelines, budgets, and project delivery.
  • Play a role in talent recruitment and mentorship.

You Bring:

  • 7+ years of creative leadership experience in an agency or brand setting.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, originality, and culturally connected work.
  • Expertise in multichannel campaign development and storytelling across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead inclusive work that resonates with diverse audiences—experience with multicultural or Asian American markets is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and platforms.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, or a related discipline.
  • Bonus: Experience with fast-moving consumer or food and beverage brands.
