- Responsible for improving processes and related equipment
- Development and optimization of production parameters in wafer manufacturing
- Transfer of new processes into production
- Specification, evaluation, installation, and qualification of new systems and equipment
- Ensuring 2nd-level support for equipment and process issues in production
- . degree in materials science, physics, chemistry, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in semiconductor production and proven experience in one of the areas such as sputter deposition, dry etching, wet chemistry, dicing, or pick & place
- Good knowledge of methods such as FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, root cause analysis etc.
- German and English language skills required
- High level of initiative and a hands-on mentality
