Accounting Manager

Rhoback is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounting Manager (Assistant Controller) to lead and execute our monthly close process in a fast-paced, rapidly growing apparel company. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to help scale financial operations as the business grows. The Accounting Manager (Assistant Controller) will not initially have direct reports, but we expect the role and responsibilities to grow with the team and organization.

This is a full-time position located in-person at Rhoback's headquarters in Charlottesville, VA and will report to the Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with US GAAP across multiple key areas, including inventory, fixed assets, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
