Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients via Zoom and phone calls to explain our permanent products and benefits
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet shared performance goals
- Answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide ongoing support
- Keep documentation and client files up to date to meet the company's standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement
Requirements:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- 1+ years of customer support, admin, or sales experience preferred (No prior sales experience required as training will be provided)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using Zoom, completing forms with accuracy, and ensuring timely documentation
- Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
