Dental Receptionist

Your Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and help them feel comfortable.
• Oversee front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, answering calls, and responding to patient inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized patient files.
• Work closely with the dental team to support smooth, efficient patient care.
• Handle billing, insurance claims, and payments with accuracy.
• Keep the reception area neat, organized, and inviting.

What We're Looking For:

• A friendly, outgoing individual with strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist is a plus.
• Ability to multitask effectively and remain calm in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of dental-related medical terminology is highly beneficial.
• Experience with dental software such as Dentrix or MaxiDent is an asset.
• Comfort using standard office equipment (phones, computers, printers).
• A dedication to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour
