Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Lead negotiations to secure deals that align with company goals
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that promote brand awareness and generate leads
- Manage sales pipelines using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track progress and forecast growth
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for executive leadership
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and identify potential clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals
- Excellent project management capabilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and digital marketing tools
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms for customer relationship management
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Familiarity with industry trends and competitive landscape analysis
