Requirements of the Physical Therapist
We welcome new grads and experienced therapists.
Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from accredited college.
Current Physical Therapist license in Maryland.

Thriving, PT-owned private practice in Germantown, MD is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities:
Deliver outpatient orthopedic physical therapy with a manual therapy focus.
Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs using a multi-modal approach.
Provide patient-centered care that emphasizes quality outcomes.
Build strong relationships with patients, families, and referral sources.
Qualifications:
Strong interest in manual therapy and exercise-based treatment.
Team player with professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
CPR/Compliance training (provided if needed).
All terms are highly flexible and negotiable — from PTO and hours, to patient load, to weekends.

Schedule:
Flexible mix of early and late shifts, plus one optional Saturday/month.
