Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a (SPM) Product Owner, located in Grand Rapids, MI. The Product Owner will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, conducting business analysis, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The Product Owner will also be involved in supporting software development processes and utilizing analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions.

MUST HAVE -

• Minimum of 5 years working on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow SPM modules, including portfolio management, demand management, and resource management.
• Proficiency in
  Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC methodologies.
• Familiarity with
  Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and data analytics/reporting.
