The Role

We're looking for a full-time Store Manager to lead all retail and eCommerce operations for SNUFFiES.
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends old-school retail management with new-school digital integration, overseeing everything from the physical store experience to the Shopify site, local PR, events, and digital community growth.

You'll manage day-to-day operations, drive sales, ensure inventory accuracy, and collaborate with the founder on Snuffies' growing role as the flagship retail partner for POG and other global collectible brands.

Responsibilities:
Retail & Store Operations

• Lead all daily retail operations at SNUFFiES' flagship Whitefish location
• Manage team schedules, training, and store presentation
• Provide exceptional customer service rooted in warmth, integrity, and expertise
• Execute in-store merchandising, pricing, and display strategies
• Manage store POS system (Shopify integration) and ensure accuracy in reporting

Inventory & Shopify eCommerce

• Manage Shopify product listings, pricing, descriptions, and photography
• Ensure real-time sync between in-store and online inventory
• Handle restocks, vendor orders, and supplier relations (POG, Pokémon, designer imports, etc.)
• Track sales metrics and product performance analytics
• Launch promotions and token-gated product offerings via Shopify apps

Marketing, PR & Community Building

• Support SNUFFiES' local presence, press outreach, events, sponsorships, and community partnerships
• Coordinate digital promotions and announcements with the POG team
• Build the in-store and online community through events, tournaments, and giveaways
• Oversee social media updates and coordinate with creative partners for visuals and campaigns

Innovation & Loyalty

• Understand Solana Pay Integrations for digital payments and loyalty
• Manage SNUFFiES' participation in the POG Ecosystem and on-chain reward redemptions
• Help evolve SNUFFiES' loyalty system using POG Coin and digital incentives
• Collaborate with developers to provide feedback on customer experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in store management, retail operations, or eCommerce
• Proficiency with Shopify inventory tools
• Strong communication skills, leadership, and initiative.

Additional Potential Skills

• Knowledge of collectibles culture (Pokémon, POGs, cards, vintage, toys, etc.)
• Experience in community events, social media, or brand storytelling a plus
• Curiosity or experience in Web3, Solana, or digital loyalty systems preferred
